We communicate with families verbally, through phone calls, and via email. Each morning, our educators greet families, and in the afternoons, they discuss your child’s day. For younger children, we use communication books, and each room has communication boards.

Each day your childs room will email out a ‘Day Book’ slide that includes photos, a description of the days adventures and a summary of the educational activities & topics that were explored.

Educators will call you during the day if there’s something important to share. You’re welcome to call anytime, especially as your child settles in. Your call will be directed to your child’s educators so you can speak directly to them.

Most other communication is done via email, including parent newsletters, reminders, and family statements. Receipts, artworks, and brochures will be placed in your child’s pocket.
